This first one is the Chinese character for "friend" with the word friend under it. I have other characters for hope, love, faith, strength and lots more. My daughter used several of these in the 100 Good Wishes Quilt.... The pictures below show four of the squares (love, hope, strength, faith) that my daughter used in the quilt she is making for her daughter.
This is my granddaughter's name in Chinese characters with her English name under it. Here it's embroidered on a fleece baby blanket, but it can also be done on a quilt square, hand towel, bath towel, etc.
This next one is rather different... for those that like ladybugs, this is a button cover. They come in packs of 5. You simply put on any button up shirt (1/2" buttons) and then slip these covers over the buttons. Now you have a cute shirt to wear to all those reunions, adoption meetings, etc.
